APPLICATIONS
Rozaliya CUT SOL series is recommended for variety of machining or cutting operations on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The oil is especially suitable for metal working operations where the cooling property is more desirable compared to the lubricating characteristics. This grade can also be used with advantage in cold rolling of steels and not rolling of aluminium.

NEAT CUT (NON-STAINING TYPE)
NEAT CUT series are formulated for general purpose machining operation on both automatic and semi-auto- matic tools. It is a Non-staining type neat cutting oils containing highly refined base stocks and chlorinated EP additives to impart moderate extreme pressure (EP) and oiliness properties. Chlorine and non-corrosive sulfurized fat is incorporated to provide anti-weld, extreme pressure and oiliness characteristics to these oils. and hence the grades give excellent performance over a wide range of temperature. They provide good cooling, chip flushing and penetration.

NEAT CUT (S) (ACTIVE-STAINING TYPE)
ROZALIYA NEAT CUT (S) series are a premium quality, active type straight cutting oil containing active sulphur-chlorinated as well as EP and other performance additives. It has excellent EP performance to impart better surface finish, improve machinability, longer tool life over a wide range of operating temperatures.

NEAT FILM 100
Rozaliya Neat Film 100 is non-staining type Metal drawing oil, which is designed from highly refined base stocks and specially selected additives to impart high wetting property, excellent extreme pressure (EP) and high oiliness properties. It is a drawing oil contains EP and lubricity additives for high performance. It has excellent EP and anti-wear performance, and imparts better surface finish and longer tool life over a wide range of operating temperatures.

It is a high viscosity, chlorinated heavy duty drawing oil it contains EP and lubricity additives for high performance. It has excellent EP and anti-wear performance, and imparts better surface finish and longer tool life over a wide range of operating temperatures

ROZAL F 1911
Rozaliya Rozal F 1911 is Rozaliya Lubricant’s response to the exacting requirements of cold drawing lubricants for present day precision cold drawing process. It is a synergistic blend of synthetic esters, natural fats and performance enhancing additives. It is used as neat for cold drawing of Non Ferrous and Ferrous metal tubes /sheet, meets the stringent operating conditions. It is formulated to provide desired lubricity / load bearing ability for precision tube drawing application at high speed and resistance to oxidation.

BROACH
ROZALIYA BROACH II is a formulated from low viscosity base oils and additives which helps it withstand Maximum anti-weld and extreme loads encountered in broaching operation. It is a specialized non-staining type neat cutting oil having very high oiliness properties due to presence of fatty material and react with the surface under conditions of high temperature and pressure to provide maximum lubrication due to presence of highly chlorine content. This oil is specially blended to ensure enhanced cooling to obtain smooth polished surfaces.

HONE
Rozaliya Honing oil series are low viscosity product, which is made from the superior quality high performance and high viscosity index base stocks, fortified with polar compounds & special additives. It is chlorine, sulphur and metals free. It is formulated for heavy duty, multi-purpose honing operation. It is compatible with all metals like steel, cast iron and aluminium. Rozaliya Hone 801 is Light red colour in product.

SYNTH CUT
ROZALIYA SYNTH CUT SERIES are premium quality fully synthetic & semi-synthetic water-Based Coolant oil, specially developed for use in machining operations of ferrous metals like high Alloy steels, carbon steels, Medium Alloy steel, stainless steels and other non-ferrous metals. It is manufactured with specially selected polyesters and fortified with corrosion inhibitor additives to protect the components of machine tools from rusting, and carefully selected biocides are to control the bacterial growth in emulsion during usage. The Emulsion prepared form these fluid are fully transparent emulsion to provide a clear view of work piece. Further these are non-foaming, nontoxic, non-hazardous, thus ensuring total safety of the workmen. These are operator friendly and economical in use due to high mixing ratio and long service life.

SYNTHΜΕΤ
Rozaliya SYNTH MET products are water soluble synthetic grinding fluids specially designed for grinding of high carbon content cast irons and plain carbon steels. It is a non-oil containing, high corrosion inhibiting, high heat removal fluid. The solutions prepared from these fluids are fully transparent solution that remains clear even in moderately hard water for good visual control of the operation and free from any oil or fatty content. These products have remarkable antirust property. Synth MET 5 contains a special chemical inhibitor, which protects cuprous metal components of machine tools.

Rozaliya SYNTH MET 2 is recommended for grinding of ferrous metals, high nickel and titanium alloys only. It is of a special value when grinding open grain cast irons, which tends to rust quickly after being machined. SYNTH MET 5 is specially recommended for grinding operations of iron-steel, Non-alloyed steels and Nickel Chromium steels. It should not be used for grinding aluminium, zinc, copper or magnesium alloys, tin or cadmi – um coated parts.
