GENERAL PURPOSE

Rozaliya Lube series are developed for general purpose lubrication of all types of industrial machinery using once-through lubrication system. These ail are formulated from highly refined mineral base stock and carefully selected anti-oxidant, anti-wear, anti-rust and anti-foam additives to impart superior performance character- istics and long service life of the lubricant in the all type of industrial machineries.

PRODUCT FEATURES

APPLICATIONS

Rozaliya Lube series are recommended for use in lubrication systems of machine tools, textile machines and other machine parts, which are lubricated by a thin film of oil. Heavier grades of Rozaliya lube series are also used in the lubrication of small open gears, enclosed chain drives and medium speed gear drives under light duty conditions like high temperature, very heavy loading, possible contamination with water etc.

HYDRO AW

Rozaliya Hydro AW Series are high performance hydraulic & circulating oils (A/W Type), These oils are formu- lated with high quality base stocks and carefully selected anti-oxidant, anti-wear, anti-rust and anti-foam additive system that result in finished products to provide many desirable features, to work with systems operating under moderate to severe conditions where a high level of anti-wear protection is required.

These are premium high performance oils, designed to satisfy the performance requirements for a wide range of hydraulic components in systems subjected to high-pressure, high-temperature operating conditions.
Good anti-wear properties, prolong service life to moving parts.
They have good film strength property, Minimize the friction and noise, inherent oxidation and thermal stability, besides excellent ability to separate from water and have very good air release properties.
They offer high resistance to the formation of lacquers and other oxidation products and resistance to rusting and corrosion in high humidity operations or where low levels of moisture are unavoidable.

APPLICATIONS

Rozaliya Hydro AW series ore recommended for hydraulic systems and a wide variety of circulation systems of Industrial and automotive equipment. They suitable for hydraulic systems operating under very severe operating conditions like high temperature, very heavy loading, possible contamination with water etc. hydraulic pumps even under severe operating conditions in stationary and mobile equipment. These oils are recommended for circulation, splash, bath and ring rolling system of the bearings (both plain and anti-friction) and gears of Industrial machinery that require a long life lubricant. These oils can be used for chain drives and compressor crankcase lubrication. These oils can be used for chain drives and compressor lubrication.

HYDRO M

Rozaliya Hydro M Series are superior quality hydraulic & circulating oils to provide with smooth trouble free operation of the machines, These oils are formulated with Group-Il base oils which are far superior to conven- tional Group-1 base oils and carefully selected additive system that result in finished products to provide many desirable features, to work with systems operating under moderate to severe conditions where a high level of anti-wear protection is required. The oil is water white in colour indicating high purity and good oxidation stability of the oil even at high temperature operations. The oil is fortified with anti-oxidant, anti-wear, anti-rust and anti-foam additives to give excellent anti wear protection to the pumps, cylinder & piston assembly and to protect the seals from swelling & hardening.

HYDRO HLP

Rozaliya HYDRO HLP series are Extra Heavy Duty Type special purpose anti-wear hydraulic oils is used for extended period in circulation & hydraulic systems in wide range of industrial equipment and subjected to wide variations in ambient and operating temperatures. They are formulated with highly refined mineral oils fortified with anti-oxidant, anti-corrosion, anti-wear and other performance additive. They have excellent high FZG rating and low wear in Vickers vane pump. These oils are incompressible and remain in a fluid enough state to allow effective power transmission besides having outstanding provide superior anti-wear protection, anti-rust, good air release, anti-foam, and oxidation resistance properties, excellent oxidation and thermal stability, outstanding hydraulic stability.

It acts as a fluid media in hydraulic systems, operating under extremely severe conditions. These oils are having low pour point, they are recommended for sophisticated high. performance electro-hydraulic or numerically controlled systems, lubrication of pumps and industrial hydraulic machinery operating under heavy loads. They are also recommended for lubrication of screw compressors requiring oil of excellent thermal stability and low CCR value. These oils are not suitable where the components. are of silver or silver coated.

APPLICATIONS

Rozaliya HLP D oils are recommended for high-pressure hydraulic systems and for power transmission in systems operating at high speeds, loads and temperature. They are suitable as multipurpose lubricants in systems and perform well at the elevated temperatures. These oil pressure in the range of 70-350 bars. They are also recommended for use in hydraulic couplings, injection moulding machineries, certain screw compressors and vacuum pumps handling air and inert gases provided the discharge temperatures do not exceed 150°C.

HYDRO TH (HVLP)

Razaliya Hydro TH oils are specially developed for efficient lubrication of a wide variety of industrial equip ment. It is also developed for use where the extremes of temperature are encountered. These oils are blended with high quality base stocks and high quality polymer are incorporated with oxidation inhibitor, anti-wear and anti-rust and anti-foam additives to give long trouble free service. Due to their special additives, they are capable of maintaining virtually constant viscosity-temperature properties. Foaming behaviour and air sepa- ration properties are adjusted for optimum performance. The defoament additive prevents build-up of foam in the hydraulic system. This is a high quality, polymer enhanced fluid designed to ensure maximum effective operation of the hydraulic equipment in conditions where extremes of temperatures are encountered,
