FIROL (HFC)

Rozaliya Firol HFC series is water glycol hydraulic fluid technology with improved fire resistance while protect- ing equipment under severe service conditions. This grades is composed of poly-alkylene glycols, selected additives of wear reduction, corrosion inhibitors, anti-oxidants, anti-foamants and water. It is designed particularly for hydraulic systems utilizing vane, gear and piston hydraulic pumps used in, for example, the steel, aluminium and die-casting industries. It is very shear stable offering enhanced corrosion resistance performance and seal compatibility, providing excellent pump lubrication which can help to extend equip- ment service life. This oil suitable for use in all low temperature applications without any chance of freezing and gelling

FIROL A (HFDU)

Rozaliya Firol HFDU is a high performance Organic Ester based fire resistance hydraulic fluid. These fluids can replace phosphate esters in high temperature application. Firol HFDU series range have excellent fire resis- tance properties allowing for complete safety of installations, operators and the environment. This fluids not only provide improved safety as compared to mineral oil but offer superior lubricity and anti-wear properties as compared to invert emulsion fluids and also mineral oil based hydraulic fluids. This biodegradable and environmentally responsible fluid, which does not contain water, phosphate esters, can be used in place of a conventional anti-wear hydraulic fluid in applications where there is a risk of fire or accidental environmental contamination, where it achieves excellent hydraulic fluid performance..

APPLICATIONS

Rozaliya Firol HFDU series are used in application where there is a risk of fire or of accidental environmental contamination, where a conventional mineral-oil based anti-wear hydraulic fluid would present a fire hazard or pollution hazard. Steel industry for electric arc furnaces, aluminium industries, in mining operations, under- ground works and tunnels, quarries and foundries under pressure.
