PREVENTO - (OIL BASED TYPE)

Rozaliya Prevent O series are excellent rust preventive of Non-salvent based or Oil based lubricant type corrosion & rust preventive, which are blended from high quality mineral oil base stock and carefully selected additive system to provide soft oily film over the metal surfaces and high degree of rust protection of metal components as well as lubricant properties. It does not offers dewatering property and hence the metal surfaces must be cleaned and dried before application. The protective film of these grades have lubricating properties besides preventing moist air coming into contact with metal surfaces. On application, since the non-drying type oily protective film formed on the metal surfaces, which can serve as a lubricant and hence. not necessary to be removed. However, the film formed can be removed by wiping with a suitable solvent. They can be applied by dipping, spraying, roller coating, flow coating, flushing or circulation.

APPLICATIONS

Rozaliya Prevent O series are recommended for indoor rust protection of components during operations and for short-term storage of finished component before packing. It can also be used for short-term outdoor storage and protection of steel sheets, gearings, shafting’s, precision and drawn tubes etc. it is also recommended for internal protection of engines and machinery where removal of oil film is difficult. The oil film is formed on the internal surfaces is compatible with the lubricating oils and possess no problems. Thin lubricating film recom- mended for protection of steel sheets, shafting, conveyors, precision and drawn tubes, exposed gear, etc. Thick lubricating film and hence it is suitable for protection of cycle rims/frames, handle bars etc., besides internal protection of gearboxes, hydraulic mechanism chain and external protection of instruments.

PREVENT S- (SOFT FILM TYPE)

Rozaliya Prevent S series are a water displacing type corrosion & rust preventives, which is solvent based low viscosity rust preventive fluid specially developed to protect the exposed surfaces. These products are formu- lated with high quality rust inhibition packages, film-forming ingredients, water displacing additive dissolved in the solvent provides a protective layer on the bare surfaces after the solvent evaporates on application. On application on wet metal surfaces, it displaces water and offers a soft tacky film of good mechanical strength that can withstand subsequent handling and provide rust protection. The excellent de-watering characteris- tics displaces water from the metallic surfaces spreading rapidly to form a thin film on the surfaces to give a long lasting rust protection. These can be easily applied by dipping, spraying or by brush and also easily removable by wiping with cloth soaked in petroleum solvents.

APPLICATIONS

Rozaliya Prevent S series has wide application for effective high degree of protection against rust on to the work-pieces during short-term storage in between operations. When the work-piece is dipped in this product water adhering to the metal surface gets dislodged by a thin film of this product. After the application, the solvent evaporates, leaving a soft tacky protective film on the metal surface. It is also very effective for protec- tion on steel tubes, wires, strips, bare sheeting’s, wheel rings, auto parts, machine tools & components.

Soft Film & Dry Type Cleaner

PREVENT D - (DRY TYPE)

Rozaliya prevent D series are dry type rust preventive fluid, which possessing an excellent water displacing type rust & corrosion preventive. It is based on blends of film forming materials, corrosion inhibitors & a special type of wetting agent which strongly adheres to the parts. On evaporation of solvent, it forms a thin film offers medium degree of protection & it can be applied directly to the water wet surface where it forms a protective thin film after displacement of water. It can be easily applied by dipping, brushing or spraying. The protective film can be removed by wiping off with rags or waste soaked in kerosene / mineral turpentine oil.

Rozaliya Cleanol series are a cleaning or washing oil, it’s having excellent detergency property to clean metal working fluids, greasy deposits, rust preventives from the metallic surfaces in industrial applications.
