LITHROL AP

Lithrol AP Series are multifunctional lithium base greases, having extreme pressure (EP) properties. These greases possess excellent shear stability, high structural stability, excellent water resistance properties, high thermal & Oxidation stability and excellent anti-rust and anti-corrosion properties, high load carrying proper- ties & prevent welding & seizure of moving parts under shock loading conditions. It allows high drop point up to 180°C. These greases are recommended for industrial & automotive, earth moving equipment, gear couplings, electric motors, ball & roller bearings etc.

LITHROL EP

These greases are lithium-based products containing highly refined mineral oils and fortified with extreme pressure (EP) additives as well as corrosion and oxidation inhibitors. These greases have been formulated with additives that provide good film strength under medium-to-high loads. These greases also possess high mechanical stability, maximum structural stability, excellent water resistance properties, high thermal and oxidation stability and superior anti-corrosion properties, good adhesion, and anti-wear properties, thus enhancing component life and increase re-lubrication intervals. Lithrol EP has the ability to work under heavy. loads. These greases provide good protection against rust and corrosion as well as resistance to water wash-out which makes them particularly suitable for equipment where moist or wet conditions are common.

APPLICATIONS

Recommended for lubrication of all plain and anti-friction bearings, heavy duty ball and roller bearings of industrial equipment used in steel plants, heavy engineering units, machine tool units, textile mills, paper mills, fertilizer plants, sugar mills etc. particularly where contacting surfaces are exposed to very heavy pressure and shock loads and for continuous service up to 130°C. These greases are compatible only with lithium base grease. Sealed bearings should be thoroughly cleaned before using grease described in this product bulletin.

LITHROL MP3

MP5 Grease is a high-quality lithium based NLGI 3 multipurpose grease suitable for both automotive and industrial applications. It is manufactured from high quality base stocks, superior quality lithium soap and performance additives. It provides excellent oxidation stability, mechanical stability and water wash out characteristics to enable trouble free operation under varying conditions.

PRODUCT FEATURES

Multi-purpose with excellent mechanical and oxidation stability.
Good water resistant and anti-rust properties. Can be applied to equipment’s under moist and water presented conditions.
Do not contain any heavy metal, nitrite and other chemicals that do harm to human’s health and pollute environment.

APPLICATIONS

It is suitable for lubricating rolling bearing, sliding bearing, wheel bearing and chassis lubrication and other friction points of general mechanical equipment’s. Application temperature range: -20°C to 120°C. Lithium EP grease is particularly suited for the lubrication of construction and mining equipment such as bulldozers, scrapers, loading shovel and all off highway trucks where greased components are subjected to continuous heavy loads and shock loads. This grease can be applied by gun or used in centralized systems, capable of pumping the appropriate NGLI grade.

LITHCOL MO

LITHCOL MO grease is multipurpose lithium base special long life grease, compounded with extreme pressure (EP) additives as well as finely dispersed molybdenum disulphide (MoS2), which is very effective solid lubri- cant with extremely good anti-scuffing characteristics. This is recommended for high load service conditions in hostile environments or where extended service is intended, due to the additional anti-wear protection provided by the presence of molybdenum disulphide. This grease is also fortified with lithium hydroxide base thickener, selected high viscosity index mineral base strocks, corrosion, rust and oxidation inhibitors and additives that provide good film strength under medium-to-high loads.

PRODUCT FEATURES

Protects and lubricates all moving parts particularly under heavy or shock loading conditions without failure of the lubricating film.
Excellent mechanical stability that is very important in vibrating environments as inferior mechanical stability can cause the grease softening with loss of lubrication performance and leakage.
This grease also possesses excellent load carrying properties, resistance to shock loads and overcomes boundary lubrication conditions, thus enhancing component life and increasing re-lubrication intervals.
Provides excellent resistance to water wash-out to extend bearing life in wet environments.
Selected base oil components have an excellent oxidation resistance that provides long service life. This grease also has an application in sliding motions where the prevention of scuffing is desirable and may be used in dry or moist conditions.

APPLICATIONS

Recommended for lubrication of heavily loaded slow/medium speed bearings of all types in industrial machines requiring a high temperature and is particularly useful in preventing bearing damage caused by excessive vibration or shack loads. When exposed to extreme operating conditions, particularly where contacting surfac- es are exposed to very heavy pressure and shock loads and for continuous service up to 130°C this grease helps prevent the depletion of normal grease lubrication by a residual coating on the metal surface with molybdenum disulphide to give ‘dry’ or ‘solid’ lubrication.

These grades are high Temperature grease is a high performance, multipurpose lithium complex soap base grease developed using an optimized combination of high quality mineral oil, proprietary thickener technology and a specially selected additive system enabling reliable performance across a wide range of temperatures whilst exposed to a variety of operational loads, speeds and environmental conditions. It provides much longer service life than simple lithium soap based greases. It has high drop point, excellent thermal stability and water wash out characteristics. It has excellent resistance to leakage and offers superior performance under high temperature applications particularly in anti-friction bearings…

CALROL/AP

CALROL grease is calcium-based general purpose grease containing highly refined mineral base oils and suitable tackifier. It is smooth, homogeneous, and free from objectionable odour, visible impurities and abrasive or deleterious particles. They have Good EP properties in excess of 20 kg Timken ok load, high degree of resistance to water washing and excellent adhesiveness.

CALROL AP grease is calcium-based general purpose grease containing highly-refined mineral oils and suitable tackifier. It is smooth, homogeneous, and free from objectionable odor, visible impurities and abrasive or deleterious particles.

PRODUCT FEATURES

Provide excellent water resistance.
Provide metal surfaces from rust and corrosion of severe water exposure.
Prevent dust and dirt from reaching into the moving parts.
Adhesive properties provide coating to exposed parts.
Easily pumpable.

APPLICATIONS

CALROL-Recommended for the lubrication of heavily loaded bearings both plain and anti-friction bearings operating at moderate speeds like slow to medium-speed, medium-load up to 2000 RPM and temperature up to 70°C. Due to good water repellence characteristics, it is also recommended for the lubrication of the bearings and packing of water pumps immersing equipment’s. They are primarily developed for the lubrication of anti-friction work-roll and back-up roll bearings in ferrous and non-ferrous rolling mills. Also recommended for application to exposed components where high temperature is not encountered.

CALROL AP – Recommended for the lubrication of plain bearings operating under slow to medium-speed, medium-load and temperature up to 70°C. Due to good water repellence characteristics, it is also recom- mended for the lubrication of the bearings and packing of water pumps immersing equipment. Also recom- mended for application to exposed components where high temperature is not encountered.
