COMP M (Mineral)

Rozaliya Comp (M) series are air compressor lubricants specially developed to minimise the incidence of fire and explosions in modern air compressors. This is a specially developed compressor oil to provide satisfactory lubrication under prolonged high temperature & load conditions. It is formulated from highly refined mineral oil & fortified with balanced combination of special additives to impart good oxidation stability, EP, anti-wear, anti-rust and anti-foam properties.

APPLICATIONS

Recommended for modern high performance rotary air / screw compressors and vacuum pump up to a discharge temperature of 220°C. This oil is also suitable for use in air vacuum pump designed to deliver at a pressure greater than the atmosphere pressure.

COMPC(M) Mineral

Rozaliya comp C (M) oils are high quality compressor lubricants as to provide satisfactory lubrication under prolonged high temperature & load conditions, which are developed for use in multistage air and gas com- pressors moist air/gas. These oils are formulated with selected highly refined base stocks & fortified with anti-rust, anti-corrosion agent and have good fluidity at low temperature. Moreover special compounding agent to give excellent resistance to washing effect of water.

APPLICATIONS

Recommended for cylinder lubrication of single & multistage compressors handling moist air/gas, these oils are not recommended for crankcase lubrication, it is form stable emulsion with water hence provide excellent lubrication to cylinder liners, piston rings, valves etc. while compressing moist air/gas. The use of comp C (M) oils enable easy maintenance and provide long service life to equipment.

COMP P (Semi Synthetic)

Rozaliya comp (P) series oils are high quality Semi-synthetic compressor oils, which are blended from high performance mineral oils & synthetic hydrocarbon fluids (PAO’s) type base stocks which are enhanced with special additive systems which ensure improved oxidation performance, long-term solubility, anti-wear, anti-rust and anti-foam properties.

It contains Group-Il base oils to provide high viscosity index to restrict viscosity changes under varied severe operating conditions.
They have good film strength property, Minimize the friction and noise, inherent oxidation and thermal stability, besides excellent ability to separate from water and have very good air release properties.
They offer high resistance to the formation of lacquers and other oxidation products and resistance to rusting and corrosion in high humidity operations or where low levels of moisture are unavoidable.

APPLICATIONS

It is widest market acceptance they must be capable of giving superior performance in all types of compres- sors. It is recommended for Rotary Screw compressors manufactured worldwide. It is a Compressor fluid which gives versatile performance in any branded compressor manufactured across the world.
